Jaipur, November 6, 2014: Seedling School boys beat Army School in a nail biting match on Day 9 of the Premier League of Indian School Basketball League organized by Basketball Federation of India (BFI) in collaboration with IMG-Reliance (IMG-R) at Vidyashram School, Jaipur on Thursday.

In a match that swung like a pendulum in every quarter, Seedling School survived by 44-43 against the Army boys. Meanwhile there was no stopping to St. Edmunds who beat SJ Public School 51-43 to remain unbeaten through their eight matches till date. Sanskar School beat Subodh School 28-8 in another match in the boys category.

Girls category just saw one competitive game played as St. Edmunds, St. Sophia and Neerja Modi all got a walkover. In the only match played in the category, Sanskar School lost to unbeaten Subodh School 11-24.

Day 9: Premier League

Boys: SJ Public School (Tanesh 17) lost to St. Edmunds (Naveen 20) 43-51, Sanskar School (Sudhir 13) beat Subodh (Mantavya 08) 28-08, Candlewick (Sanchit 6) lost to St. Anne’s (Bhavya 13) 10-28, Seedling School (Sahaj 15) beat Army School (Ajay 12) 44-43

Girls: Edmunds School got a W/O against SJ Public School, St. Sophia got a W/O against Blue Heaven, Neerja Modi got a W/O against St. Wilfred, Sanskar School (Archana 7) lost to Subodh School (Deepa 8) 11-24
