Hyderabad, November 6, 2014: Boys team from Future Kids maintained their unbeaten run in the Premier League of the Indian School Basketball League organized by Basketball Federation of India (BFI) in collaboration with IMG-Reliance (IMG-R) at Johnson Grammar School on Day 9 on Thursday.
Playing their seventh match in the league, Future Kids beat Gitanjali School 61-53 to earn 14 points in seven games and maintain their table-top position in boys’ Pool B. Chirec PS beat Indus US 42-34 in the last boys match at the same venue. In the girls category, Holy Family gave Chirec PS a walkover while Future Kids beat St. Francis 37-23.
At HPS Begumpet, Delhi PS girls handed St. Joseph their 7th loss in eight games. DPS beat St. Joseph by 34-11. Nasr School got a walkover against St. Pious. In the boys category, Oakridge maintained a clean sheet of seven wins in seven games thanks to a walkover from DRS International while St. Andrews lost to HPS Begumpet 22-41.
