Title for Kottayam Boys and Kozhikode Girls
Kozhikode District Girls Team
Kottayam Junior men defeated Thiruvananthapuram 67-58 while in Junior women Kozhikode defeated Kottayam 34-16 in the finals of the 1st St Josephs ABCA All Kerala Inter-District Junior Basketball Tournament for Junior Men and Junior Women in association with Sacred Heart CMI Club Thevara at the Sacred Heart CMI Public School at Thevara.

Bronze for Ernakulum and Kollam
In an evenly fought 3rd position match Ernakulum junior men and Kollam Jr women took the bronze title as they beat Kozhikode 70-67 and Thrissur 61-56, respectively.
Jr men winners received a cash prize of Rs 5000/ and the David M Tony Memorial Ever Rolling Trophy while runners up got Rs 3000/- and Akhil Sebastian Memorial Ever Rolling Trophy In the Jr Women winners received Rs 5000 cash prize and P A. Charlie Memorial Ever rolling Trophy and runner up Rs 3000/ and Rijo Augustine Cherukarumattom memorial Ever Rolling Trophy
Tournament Best Player award went to Sugeeth Nath of Kottayam in Jr Men and Elizabeth Hillarios from Kozhikode in Jr women while the promising Player award went to Poojamol KS from Kottaym in Jr women and Amal Anto of Thiruvananthapuram in the Jr men’s section.
The trophies and cash awards were distributed by Dr B Babu Manohar, M D of St Josephs Group of Institutions, Chennai.
